2.1. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
2.2. Prices are displayed in local currencies where possible (USD, CAD, AUD, EUR). All other regions will see prices in GBP.
2.3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to physical book shipments.

3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1. We ship worldwide, except to regions subject to UK & Ireland sanctions.

4.1. Digital Books: Refunds are available for accidental purchases if requested within 24 hours of the transaction.
4.2. Physical Books: Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
4.3. Refunds for physical book returns will be processed once the damaged item is received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5.1. All digital books purchased from this website are for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of digital copies is strictly prohibited.
